How is the property inspection going and why we do it?
Well, the property inspection is done for the purpose of proving the authenticity of the property or the unit. This is procedure is done on all properties so we can verify the authenticity of every listing that has been published, their living conditions and the safety.

The property inspection is essential for us to make sure that all properties meet unto the standards of RightDoors.
What are the Required Documents?
With respect to the documentation, we require the following:
  • Title Deed of the Property;
  • RERA Permit Number;
  • Copy of Emirates ID if you’re a local resident or Passport Copy.
What is the Responsibility of issuing Ejari, from a tenant perspective?
As per Dubai Government laws, the tenant must present to all government entities landlords’ permissions or an approved Power of Attorney (POA).
