Dubai Silicon Oasis is a community that boasts of its modern facilities, technology, and innovation. This business and residential community is a convenient place to stay as it is complete with restaurants, shops, and places for recreation. It is currently being developed as a Smart City by the Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority. Most companies that reside in this community are IT companies which fuels DSO to lean forward towards technology even more. The area is also accessible as it takes less than an hour to reach major transport and business areas, and a 20 minute bus ride if you would be coming from Rashidiya Metro Bus stop.

A peaceful environment and continuous construction in most areas. Since DSO is not yet a “hot” area for the time being, the number of residents here is not so much compared to the “hot” areas in Dubai. Construction is all around since it is planned to develop as a Smart City. Nonetheless, this community promotes healthy living as it has green parks suitable for fitness activities.
